Jeffrey Mims, Jr. is currently President of the Dayton Board of Education. He has more than 40 years of service to education, his community and his country, (Vietnam 1967-68). Mr. Mims is a supremely qualified candidate for the State Board of Education. Mr. Mims has been a leader and a champion for children all of his adult life.
